By accessing and using ZhiYin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ZhiYin is an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employers in China's tech industry. Our services include resume optimization, interview preparation, and job matching.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a ZhiYin account. By registering, you attest that you meet this minimum age. We collect this attestation instead of asking for your birth date. If local law requires a higher age or additional authorization for recruitment services, that local requirement applies.
Candidate services are provided free of charge. By using our platform, you grant us permission to:
Employers agree to pay the applicable fees upon successful hiring of a candidate through our platform. The standard fee is equivalent to one month's salary of the hired candidate, due within 30 days of hire.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by ZhiYin and are protected by intellectual property laws.
ZhiYin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any employment decisions made based on our services.
The referral program recognizes members who help others get hired. A referral qualifies when a referred candidate signs up through your referral link, is hired through ZhiYin into a placement confirmed by the candidate, and completes their first month of employment. Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and placements that are cancelled, refunded, or never confirmed do not qualify. Qualified referrals earn recognition on the referrer leaderboard and count toward referral achievements. A paid-reward program may be introduced in a future release; if and when it launches, eligibility terms and amounts will be published here before any payment is made. We may update these terms prospectively at any time and may withhold recognition where we reasonably suspect abuse.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
