Yes. We never charge candidates. Resume review, AI matching, interview prep, and direct messaging are all free, forever. We make money only when an employer hires you.
LinkedIn and Indeed are job boards — you do the work of filtering noise. Toptal pre-vets but charges hourly rates with a markup. ZhiYin AI-screens candidates, you only see top-ranked matches, and you pay a one-time fee only on hire.
Employers pay the success fee by major credit or debit card through Stripe. Employers in mainland China receive CNY invoices payable with Alipay or WeChat Pay. All payments are processed over encrypted connections.
