Construction Project Manager

Built for site engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents stepping up to own a full commercial or infrastructure project. You will run the operating loop a construction PM actually lives in — reading the CPM schedule for float and the critical path, pricing change orders against the GMP, clearing RFIs and submittals through the design team, and defending a project-control packet (schedule, cost, safety, quality) in front of an owner. By the end you can walk an interviewer through a real cost-and-schedule trade-off, justify it with CPI/SPI and earned-value math, and tie every call back to the contract, the OSHA exposure, and the next inspection.
